Sacred Conversations - A Women's Circle

Service Description

Join us for a nourishing Women's Circle - a sacred space to slow down, reconnect, and be held in community with other women. Eah gathering will begin with an opening share circle, followed by gentle yin yoga, a conscious conversation centered around a meaningful topic, and a deeply restorative sound bath. This is a space for authentic connection, heartfelt conversation, and shared experiences - a place where women can feel seen, heard, supported, and understood without judgement. Come as you are and allow yourself time to reflect, release, and reconnect with yourself and others.
