Appointment Scheduling & Payment

  • You may schedule individual services (such as sound bath sessions, yoga, energy-based work, or breathwork appointments) through our Site. We use Wix.com (an encrypted credit card gateway) to securely handle payments. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge you for all requested Services.

  • PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO THE CLASS by the Payor who has purchased the class time, training time, or event time.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS ON PREMISES or ALLOW FOR AT-TIME-OF-CLASS PAYMENTS, however IF THERE IS AN AVAILABLE SPOT a person that is on premises may still purchase the class through our website on their own mobile phone, tablet, or laptop.

Recurring Billing

  • Memberships. Any membership fees or subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each month, quarter, or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your payment method each month or year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. We reserve the right to change our billing timing including if your payment method has not successfully been charged. Other than a cancellation by Paths to Restoration for reasons other than a violation of these Terms in accordance with Section 16 of the Terms of Use, payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation by you, however, you will continue to have access to your Paths to Restoration account through the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Window: We DO NOT allow for any cancellations or rescheduling if you fail to attend your appointment time for the class you have booked and have not contacted us IN WRITING (email) OR on the website to cancel and request a refund of your booked class.

  • Payment & Timeliness. THE PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO THE CLASS by the Payor who has purchased the class time, training time, or event time. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS ON PREMISES or ALLOW FOR AT-TIME-OF-ATTENDANCE PAYMENTS. The class window for purchasing a class is up until 5 minutes into the class period, at which time the door will be shut and locked from the inside to protect personal belongings held in our waiting area during class time.

  • Lost Items. Paths to Restoration is not responsible for stolen or missing items that have been misplaced or taken from the waiting room, Forrest Room, or left in any room on the premises of 107 Montrose Ave. Attendees are solely responsible, although the company will do as much as we can to provide a safe and secure space for holding personal items.

  • Payor Responsibility. The Payor is fully and completely responsible for ensuring they will be able to attend what they have paid for prior to paying is aware that they may receive a refund ONLY by emailing the business via info@pathstorestoration.com.

  • Extenuating Circumstances: If an emergency or extenuating circumstance arises, please contact us at info@pathstorestoration.com. While we cannot guarantee a refund or reschedule outside of policy, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

  • Instructor Change. Classes/events are run by instructors who are human beings. In the event of a cancelled class due that instructor's personal needs, you will receive your money back if the class is fully canceled. Our instructors however have provided us alternates/subs, which we do our best to announce prior to the class in the case of absence. If you attend the class in half or in full despite not appreciating the instructor yet have received services, we unfortunately at this time do not offer a money back guarantee. In the future if this changes we will alert our community.

  • Bundles. Bundles are a one-time purchase set of classes, and multiple bundles can be purchased for the one attendee. Bundles cannot be traded out for use by another person. The attendee who purchased the class agrees that they will be who attends the class. The classes are good in perpetuity to the length of the time that the company can provide classes.

  • Bundle Refunds. If no class has been attended and a full refund is requested, the full amount will be refunded to the account from which it was purchased. If a package is requested for refund, but a class or two classes has/have been attended, regular class costs will be subtracted from the bundle ($20 per class), and the remaining amount for which is unattended will be refunded to the account from which it was purchased. The bundle will at such time be voided, and the free class will not be included in the return policy, leaving the $60 to account for the equivalency of 3 classes totaling $60 at $20 per class. Example: if a person attends 2 of the 4 classes and requests a refund of their bundle, they will receive a refund of $20 for their bundle; $40 refund if only one class was attended. Due to the unique and personal experience of the sound bath we cannot refund at this time due to dissatisfaction for any standard classes attended. All refunds must be requested in writing to Paths to Restoration through our email info@pathstorestoration.com.

  • Membership Cancellation: Memberships can be ended/canceled prior to the billing of the next cycle. Refunds are not given if you wait until after the first of the month or the automatic date when the billing cycle of your membership is usually withdrawn.

  • eGift Cards: Once a class is scheduled with a Paths to Restoration eGift Card, refunds can ONLY be returned back to the Paths to Restoration eGift Card; the Paths to Restoration eGift Card has no cash value and therefore purchases made with a Paths to Restoration eGift Card cannot be returned/refunded to alternate forms of payment such as cash-in-hand, any credit/debit cards, or other alternate forms of payment (Venmo, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) Those who cancel and wish to have the class cost refunded to the Paths to Restoration eGift Card must write to us via info@pathstorestoration.com to process the refund. The Paths to Restoration eGift Card can only be redeemed for services/classes provided in the Forest Room, and not for private sessions (massage, other services, etc.) on our premises.
