Paths to Restoration, LLC is a collection of amazing and caring souls that have come together to provide the Acadiana community and those visiting the area an opportunity to experience somatic rest. With practitioners spanning multiple theoretical and skill-based talents, and through compassion, knowledge, and capacity, each practitioner is able to create a holding space for growth and emotional safety. They each then combine these tools into the environment of Paths to Restoration's Forest Room and unique atmosphere. Sara Sullivan
Founder, Co-owner, & Class Facilitator

​As a class leader, co-founder of Paths to Restoration, and musician, Sara combines her backgrounds to promote healing through music, sound, and guided meditation. Already skilled in these practices, Sara is pursuing certification in sound healing as well as Restorative and Yin Yoga. As a licensed mental health counselor and couples' counselor, Sara uses attachment theory, regulation and co-regulation practices, and somatic to help others connect to themselves and each other. At Paths to Restoration, Sara blends her knowledge, skill, and nurturing intuition to create space for returning to yourself, attending to the wounds that are ready to be healed, and finding deep rest.

Ryan Winters
Founder, Co-owner, & Class Facilitator

Ryan is a co-founder of Paths to Restoration and a class leader, with a passion for sound healing as the core practice for his classes. He is certified in Sound healing & Yin and Restorative Yoga. With a trauma-informed counseling background as precursor for helping, he uses yoga and sound techniques in conjunction with his neuro-anatomy and neuro-physiology knowledge to create his classes. He combines concepts of compassionate embodiment from spirit, ecology, psychology, sonobiology, and somatics into an approachable format for growth and healing. With a background in percussion and music, he also pulls from these to make the space something gentle, cathartic, and caring for those in need of a reset.​
Hunter Ogle, LMT
Massage Therapist & Class Facilitator
​A licensed massage therapist and founder of Seaux Relaxed, Hunter is known for creating calming, intentional experiences that help the body release tension and restore balance. Her approach blends therapeutic technique with intuitive touch, with each session tailored to support pain relief, recovery, and deep relaxation. Taking a holistic approach to wellness, Hunter also offers yin yoga, restorative stretch sessions, and sound baths – designed to promote stillness, improve mobility, and encourage full-body restoration. Grounded and welcoming, she creates a space where clients feel at ease, supported, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit.​

CeCe Credeur
Class Facilitator

CeCe is a quantum hypnotist specializing in past life and group regressions, guiding clients into the subconscious for deep, transformative healing. She integrates techniques such as sound healing and Yin Restorative Yoga to support healing on a quantum level. With a background in metaphysical sciences, she brings a unique fusion of intuitive insight and academic depth to her multidimensional work.

Ang Darlene, 200 RYT, YTT 500

Ang Is a E200hr RYT, 500hr. YT, Buti Yoga Advanced Instructor, Somatic Movement Practice Facilitator, Yoga Sculpt Practitioner, Certified in Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Also certified as an Integrative Life Coach, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, Energy Healing Practitioner, and currently studying for Yoga Therapist with MVP based in Austin, Tx. Teaching all styles of yoga formats locally, as well as coaching group and private training programs, Ang is an avid fitness and wellness lifestyle influencer, always learning and evolving to better serve students and clients.

Alison Groomer
Class Facilitator

​Alison is a sound healing practitioner who owns the business Frequency Rising and uses her knowledge and experience with a variety of sound healing instruments to guide you into deep states of relaxation, balance and inner alignment through the transformative power of vibration and frequency. She is also Reiki attuned and often incorporates this into her offerings to restore harmony within the body, mind and spirit. Her practice is further enriched by her Yoga teacher training as well as certification in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). Together these modalities create a safe and nurturing space for transformation, healing, and self-discovery.

Alix Lee, YTT-200

Alix is a Restorative & Yin Yoga teacher who blends nervous system regulation, energy healing, sound, breathwork, and yoga physiology for a deeply restorative experience. A multifaceted healer, life coach, and spiritual mentor whose work is dedicated to addressing trauma on every level—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual, Alix guides her clients to wellness with an extensive background of skills. With training and certifications as a Life Coach, Holistic Health Coach, Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Kundalini Activation Practitioner, Retreat Host, and Spiritual Mentor, Alix brings an integrative approach to healing that bridges science, spirituality, and somatic wisdom.

Heather Phillips, 500- ERYT
Class Facilitator
​​Heather, founder of VIBE ‘N YOGA & WELLNESS, is a 500 hour ERYT instructor with over 15 years of teaching yoga.
Heather combines different modalities of Yoga in her classes to promote healing & happiness. She has a unique approach to teaching and loves to share her knowledge of yoga in hopes that all have the tools and resources to access peace within their mind, body, and soul.

Lois Stagg

​Lois Stagg is a sound facilitator, meditation guide, energy work practitioner and physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in holistic care. Through sound, meditation, and energy work, she creates deeply restorative experiences that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Lois brings a grounded, intuitive presence to her work—guiding others into states of calm, clarity, and renewal.

Cami Suire
Class Facilitator

Cami Suire is a workshop facilitator and licensed Yin and Restorative Yoga instructor who offers gentle, restorative practices designed to support relaxation, mobility, and overall well-being. Her classes and workshops focus on slowing down, tuning inward, and creating space for balance—while encouraging personal growth, deeper self-awareness, and meaningful inner shifts. Through mindful movement and intentional experiences, she supports nervous system regulation and holistic well-being.

Jacob Williams
Senior Customer Service Liaison, IT Specialist, & Webmaster

Jacob is an excellent problem-solver and specialist in helping our practitioners and visitors to feel right at home. With over 20 years in the field of customer service and leadership, he has the tools to help those in need. As well, with a background in music, technical systems and computers, training in customer service and human resources, education in biology, specializing in plants and animals, Jacob is basically a Renaissance man. When you look up at the stars in the Forest Room - yup, he built that. And he is here to help where he can, brought to the same mission to help others rest and reset, starting with their first introductions to the website and following all other aspects after.

Anne Regan
Marketer & Social Media Liaison

Anne is the owner of the marketing company ARrow Communications and has an exceptional background in marketing including a Masters degree and years of experience working in the world of marketing, advertising, and promotions. An important part of Paths to Restoration, Anne uses her skills to create notifications, science-backed and interesting social media posts, creative expressions, and consultations for best practices. In addition to her work as a marketing business owner, she has also owned a metaphysical shop and for years acted as a yoga instructor. Gifted in multiple facets, Anne acts as a liaison for media, practitioners, and the public.
